“Staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. My room was very clean and comfortable. I worked out one morning in the little gym, took a brief dip in the pool and ate some caloric southern cooking. It was a fantastic stay. Though it’s is out of their control, the road work on Elvis Presley Blvd is really sad. Said to be taking years. Otherwise, its proximity to Graceland is great. Elvis movies? PB&J afterwards? Such fun! And honestly, I will never get tired of hearing Elvis songs all day and all……

“It was pet friendly but I had to park and go to the other side of the building with my dog and back and forth with my things, by myself. There was constant noise all night from other guests and I barely slept. I called the office but they did nothing.”

“I’ll start with the positives I turned up early after getting soaking wet in the thunderstorm was allowed into room as it was ready. Thank-you for that. Food left in fridge after room was cleaned not just a couple of things the fridge was full. Telephone not working and socket not working on one side. Reception did offer to change rooms for me but I had already unpacked so did decline. Removed food myself and put in outside bin. I didn’t think the floor was very clean.”

“I was surprised by the dinner included with the room! It was very good. A pasta with sliced grilled chicken and salad. There was a tomato sauce on the side. They also had hot dogs and chips with nacho cheese. The breakfast in the morning was also good with spiced potatoes, sausage and scrambled eggs. And the usual waffles and cereals. The staff was wonderful and my room was spotless. I will stay here again.”

“This was one of the best places we have stayed and enjoyed it so much more than a standard hotel. Everything was exactly like the listing and so simple from check in to check out. Super clean and everything you need and more for a very comfortable stay. If we ever visit Memphis in the future this will definitely be our go to place to stay.”

“Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!”

“Room was clean and spacious size. Bathroom was clean. spacious and great arrangement. Enjoyed the pull-out double sofa bed, it was soft and provided adequate the extra sleeping space needed.Front desk staff were so nice during check-in and check-out and provided linen needed for pull-out sofa bed without any hesitation after we checked in. “Rooms are shabby. Old, really bad. Unsafe - no personnel on site. Parking was in an open, unmanned garage in forth floor with no access to elevators for hotel guests. All contact is through text messages. No elevators. Felt like a 2-star property. Miles away from what is advertised on the internet. We felt cheated. It felt like a dress delivered which is old and torn with the vendor refusing to refund the money. There are at least 10 properties nearby which are ten times better at the same cost.”
