“Stayed Fri and Sat. Wasn't too happy about coming back to an uncleaned room on Sat after a day of being out. Told staff that housekeeping didnt even go in our room and was shrugged off. Why am I paying the same rate as everyone else if I have to clean my own room, beds, garbage, towels etc? Oh well. Ill book elsewhere next time. ”

“We have stayed at several Days Inn Hotels on our trip... The gentleman at the front desk lacked professionalism as the front desk person is an ambassador of the establishment..personally, if you're unhappy with your management or corporate heads, I believe you should deal with them, not your customers...however, he was helpful with the sign on for wifi Unfortunately, this location is in need of some tlc...the ice machine wasn't working and it appeared it hadn't for sometime...bathroom door……

“Clean room, spacious pool and hot tub area. Usually stay in “better” parts of Duluth…but this hotel was reasonable in pricing and ended up being a nice surprise. Would not walk around much outside, but I felt safe in the parking lot and in the hotel. Clean, nice breakfast, good coffee. ”
