Loved the pool and fire pits! Perfect for families.

Large modern hotel. Only two luggage caddy at hotel. No continental breakfast is provided by the hotel. They have a restaurant inside the hotel Pamela that is way overprice with mediocre food, e.g, cauliflower slice (“steak”) with a couple of sauces on the side for $38. Although there are 4 elevators, they are very slow and seems like only 1-2 are working at a time. Hotel Room is clean with the exception of shower floor/hand-held shower handle and the wall behind the coffee maker. Also the coffee shelf is dusty on top with the “reusable/recyclable” aluminum bottles very unsanitary. E.g., when I open the bottle I could see slough inside the cap. The fridge was very annoying because it’s an “eco” fridge and barely keeps anything cold. No freezer in fridge and no microwave in room. The bed was comfortable, however difficult to sleep at night due to only one AC vent in the room. The AC vent “high” setting is more of a “low setting.” If you have a double bed room, the bed closer to the vent would be cooler to sleep in at night and the other bed further away makes it hot/warm to sleep at night. With the amount of land the hotel has, a fenced dog park would be very beneficial. The dog fee was $35 per night. Hidden fees such as $25 staff daily fee. High taxes on stay. Would not return again. Mediocre hotel with high price and lacking in basic amenities.

Basecamp is very convieniently located for visits to the CU campus and Pearl Street. The property is comfortable and homey. The shared spaces are so nice to relax in with fellow travellers. The staff is very friendly andhalpful. I would stay here again!

Love the hot tubs! Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are classy and well appointed. The Catbird is our go-to staycation spot.

I arrived at 1am and the lobby was buzzing with life.
