“I highly recommend you stay away from this listing. We stayed for less than 30 mins due to several reasons. There is a 2 inch gap between the door and the door jamb which was allowing freezing air into the unit. The temperature when we arrived was 51 degrees, with the sun going down in mid February, it was going to get much colder. There were 2 small space heaters for heating. The kicker was the ants in the bed. I attempted to work with the owners for a refund and enlisted VRBO as well to work……

“This was such a wonderful place and so many friendly text for arriving along with a little gift to make our stay pleasant. It was such a comfortable, clean place plus a great location for walking to shops and restaurants in Newberg. I do wish the rental agreement was simplified. I have never signed a rental agreement quite so lengthy and detailed for a vrbo before so I was a bit nervous haha. But everything was wonderful and I look forward to staying again”

The space was very clean and well-maintained, which immediately made it feel comfortable and welcoming. “All communication with the host was friendly and kept us up to date on what would be going on with the larger house that is not part of the suite we were in. The provided directions got us to the location without any trouble, even well after sunset. This in-law suite slept two comfortably. We had our college age daughter with us who slept on the futon. The futon isn't the best of accommodations for sleeping but worked out just fine for a college age person who has had less comfortable beds in……
