"Very unique experience, more furnishings than we expected. There are incredible books, challenging puzzles and various games. Nice selection of music…both records and CDs. The location is near railroad tracks which might concern some guests, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall."

"This property is very unique. They have a small number of hotel rooms, but they also have cabins, tiny homes, and airstream trailers. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The courtyard also has fire pits and seating."

"A very nice collection of cabins and trailers conveniently located in Dunsmuir. Well shaded next to the river. Easy short drive into the historic town of Dunsmuir. If you like trains, the big ones change crew in Dunsmuir and you can watch them start up the hill."

"It was spacious, but we were overall dissatisfied with the quality of the cabin (a refurbished single wide trailer) that we were assigned. The front door was flimsy and didn’t close property. We had to pull and jiggle.. needless to say we didn’t feel that safe. The place was clean on the surface, but the windows had caked on dirt that was pretty gross."

"My husband, fur baby and I had a wonderful stay. The bungalow is super cute with great decor and amenities. We enjoyed the sunroom immensely especially our pup. It’s the perfect location to get to all the great hikes and lakes. We’ll be back."
