“Looved !!! This hotel !!! From the customer service to the room to the patio just loved it !! The best was do so soft !!! The location was so convenient We literally didn’t have to drive anywhere to eat or have a good time. And it was close enough to the lake so we could get our morning run . Most definitely will be staying here again”

“Didn’t smell right”

“No one was at the property at time of check in. No sign for will be back. The lobby smelt stale. Expedia attempted to reach the property for over an hour with no answer. There was a woman walking around with just underwear on in the area as well as others doing donuts in the streets with their motorcycles. Signs posted everywhere for not responsible for theft or damage to cars. We didn’t stay and took ourselves elsewhere without ever speaking to anyone! Stay at your own risk.”

“Only grievance is submitting a photo of driver ID to complete booking - through a 3rd party website. The idea of having my license scanned on a website outside of Expedia is not something I’m keen on. And unfortunately there is no check in process that I would allow to show it to someone like at a hotel. Otherwise great stay and deal!!”

“The one night stay was everything we wanted. We had a concert nearby at the Moody Center and the location couldn’t have been better. My only gripe was that they only have 4 parking spots available for this hotel. They do have offsite parking that is paid for by the hotel but it’s little inconvenient to park there and walk back. Not a deal breaker though. It’s not that far anyway. We ended up Ubering to the concert and walking back home which was kinda cool. That should tell you everything is……

“Great location and comfortable beds. Parking was extremely difficult. Reserved a spot through Parkade, and every single time we left someone parked in our spot. Could chose a different spot on the app, but too small for our car.”
