“The person at the desk insisted on adding additional tax to the total amount due, which is already figured into the cost. There were roaches in the room, the carpet was stained and dirty, and the hotel is located right on a busy highway. Not conducive to getting sleep.”

“Property was great. Its in a rough neighborhood with homelessness. Staff was friendly and helpful when I got their attention. Room was great. Breakfast was great. I wanted to do laundry. They told me where it was. They did not tell me the dryer was out of order.”

“3/5 Stars Overall, this was an okay stay, but there were enough issues that I wouldn't be eager to return. The room itself was decent, and the bed was reasonably comfortable, though not exceptional. Unfortunately, the shower didn't drain properly, and the water pressure was so high that it made showering less enjoyable than it should have been.
