“Will definitely consider staying here on future trips to Charleston. The manager was personable. But there were a few issues. Room looked clean but could use better vacuuming as I found a Cheeto and popcorn on the floor (popcorn was under the comfy chair I moved). Neither of which I ate while there. A few weird little insects in the bathroom sink. My shower was great but I wish it didn't include a midcalf foot soak as the faucet continued to run heavily as the shower was running. I really……

“I was given a room with doors for an adjoining room and it was too noisy. The doors between the rooms had no threshold or weather stripping reduce sound from the room next door. Conversations were only a little muffled.”

“Excellent location, and the best staff and breakfast bar in the valley!”

“It was located across from the Charleston Civic Center so that was convenient! Rooms were not the cleanest neither was the inside of the hotel!”

“The room and hotel in general were very clean. We found the room comfortable and breakfast was a great start to the day. Location was great for our plans. Will definitely stay again.”

“Everything about our stay was wonderful with one exception. They were hosting a wedding, a family, reunion, and overnight guests for a concert. The hotel has 3 elevators to move their patrons over many levels. Only 1 elevator was working. It was frustrating to hike 5 floors. The staff was beyond kind and helpful. Our room was beautiful. The bar experience was gracious and knowledgeable and breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay again and recommend this establishment.”
