**GUEST GUIDELINES**

✔ In alignment with the Department of Environmental Conservation’s efforts to prevent pollution and wildfires, any fire created outside of a designated fire pit by guests or tenants is strictly prohibited and subject to a $5,000 fine.

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful and owner was responsive. The place looked just like the photos, and was spacious and clean.Few small downsides: there were there was a TON of mosquitos surrounding the property to the point that you couldn't open the door without letting some in. We also had an issue with the hot tub and sauna not working. However, the owner was responsive and took care of that problem promptly.
