"The manager, Thomas, was nice enough to hold my room after Lufthansa cancelled my first (of 3) flight, He alerted the staff to my late check in. The spacious room was clean and comfortable. The young man at breakfast was cheerful and helpful; great to find eggs, sausage and the fixings for a breakfast burrito, plus packets of uaker Oatmeal."

"Place seems brand new. Room is very modern, bed was fine. Breakfast was good. Egg sandwich to micro, waffle makers always do the trick. Also dry cereal, hot cereal some fruit and bagels and rolls to toast and yogurt. Two decent treadmills, weights and a stairmaster at least in the gym. I ran for a bit before we headed out to the RIT hockey game. Wife is picky and she liked it."

"We were very impressed with the caring people at front desk. Violet and Genette were very caring. Nice vibe as you walk it. Rooms were clean, mattress comfortable, bathroom configuration was a bit odd.. Nice breakfast many choices and 24 hr coffee and tea bar. I would definitely go back!0"

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. The facility is a bit old but still nicely kept up. Plenty of parking and near restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was ok being the usual hotel eggs, sausage, and potatoes, waffles, oatmeal muffins, yogurt, coffee, juices and cereal. We enjoyed our stay."

"I realistically only booked this hotel to use the hot tub and it was down for maintenance. They do not have do not disturb signs on their doors so it was a little frustrating when staff knocked on the door multiple times after I said no thank you and then they came back and knocked more. I was so exhausted I just wanted to sleep! The restaurant was good and the staff were friendly. However, I do not recommend spending $68 for the ribeye. It had no seasoning."

"We have stayed here several times. The hotel is always clean and inviting. We checked in later in evening. Check process was quick ans easy. As a hotel member we received warm chocolate chip cookies. I wish there was a Gluten-free one. Our room was on the fourth floor. Both elevators were working. The room was clean. The only issue we had was that the toilet took a long time to flush. You really have to hold the handle down good. Our sink was very slow to drain. Beds and pillows were comfy. The shower was nice."
