“the hotel is decent, bit old and the apartment amenities are not well maintained. The breakfasts is good. The strange thing is they charged extra on my credit card and when messaged on expedia multiple times they did not respond. I called several times but nobody received the call initially. When I kept calling a gentleman received call and told me that it was charged by mistake and a refund is issued.”

“Hotel was fine. Just need to be aware that Iowa allows smoking in casinos and they do allow it in this casino. Being from Illinois, this was a real shocker to me. Not used to that. I wish I would have known that ahead of time. But overall, property was very clean and well kept. Staff was great.”

“Hotel is clearly undergoing renovations. Our original room's AC didn't work but Ash was great getting us right into the room next to it. This room though - the desk lamp was broken, there waa mold on the window curtain, and the water was lukewarm. We were too tired to move again after traveling all day. The coffee machine was a nice amenity. One elevator was down so only one elevator worked in the hotel, and the ice machines on 3 and 4 didn't work either so we had to go down to 2 for ice.”

“Stay from hell!!! Filthy, broken things, place in complete need of repairs!!! Do not recommend!!! Bedding gave me congestion, hard to breathe!!! Pay the extra $ and don’t stay here!!”
