“We had car trouble the morning of Labor Day and wanted to reschedule our room for the next night. We called the desk and were told we'd booked through expedia and had to do it through them. The only way to cancel a room on their site was to accept that it is non-refundable. We were not going to book another night there and pay for 2 nights and there was no way to speak with a human to have the problem resolved. Customer service/support is lacking here, haven't had this problem before. We……

“The room door was hard to close and the bathroom door would not close. The tv was very hard to use. The flooring in the halls and lobby was very worn out.”

“This Super 8 was horrible. I requested that the sheets and towels be changed, but they still did not do it. I ended up having to go downstairs and get everything taken care of myself. The person at the front desk was very disrespectful and had a terrible attitude. There was so much unnecessary attitude, and that is not how you treat paying guests. I cannot believe the Super 8 franchise allows this place to be run this way. Save your money and stay somewhere else.”
