“This was my first time staying in Philadelphia, so I was a little apprehensive about what to expect. Everything was perfect, the host took care of everything and was really nice. She also made sure we had parking in front of the property. The photos do not show just how nice this place actually is, and It is so cozy and homey. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...

The house was impeccably clean and well-apportioned, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings made it feel like a home away from home. “great location very cute well maintained place with character. if you can’t climb stairs don’t go there. four flights of stairs one room per floor. but its very comfortable and fun if you can climb. loved it. parking on street. if your car is taller than 6’6” like ours we had to drive out of town to find overnight parking that wasn’t on the street. ”

“Our group of 12 all stayed comfortably. Everyone loved the pproperty. Nothing was missing. Location was great, close to lots of great restaurants. Parking is a nightmare but that’s city life and nothing to do with the property itself. That being said, the neighbors were friendly with one even helping us find a parking spot right nearby. The owners also recommended a parking lot about a mile away. Communication was great, and we had no issues whatsoever. This will be the first place we look up...

"El hotel tiene una ubicación de lujo en el centro de Philadelphia. La habitación era de ensueño, la vista es incomparable, la cocina está equipada con todos los instrumentos para cocinar como en casa (estufa, horno, microondas, lavabo, lavavajillas, refrigerador, cafetera, tazas, vasos, platos y cubiertos), hay un closet para abrigos (con una sombrilla que nos prestaron la cual fue muy útil para la lluvia) y otro clóset muy espacioso con lugar para planchar. La piscina al aire libre fue ideal para refrescarse del calor. La llegada fue excelente, nos recibieron con unos detallitos muy lindos y una carta preciosa. ¡Definitivamente siempre que viajemos a Philly, regresaremos a hospedarnos aquí!"
