“After looking at hotels for our trip I decided to check out VRBO and found this great property instead. For basically the same amount of money we instead rented this 4 bedroom house. It was very clean and spacious and had a great roof top patio with a view of the city. The house was in a great location with a short drive to the stadium. Our host Gladys was very easy to contact and had great communication. I would highly recommend this property!”

“We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...

The restaurants and bars in this neighborhood are all awesome and delicious. And Brook went above and beyond when our flight was delayed and he let us stay cozy and warm later than planned. It was a perfect trip!!!”

“This is a charming 4 level home in a quiet courtyard within walking distance to many historic sites, shops, bars and restaurants. Beautifully renovated inside, quiet, super clean, comfortable bed. We lucked out with street parking on arrival. We used the narrow lane in the rear to quickly load our car when leaving. Overnight parking at the 10th and South Street lot was convenient. We much preferred staying here vs center city hotel. ”
