“The apartment was spotlessly clean! Perfect location in south/central Philly. Host sent very clear directions on how to access the room. Excellent stay ”

“Cute, cozy little apartment. Super walkable area. Phil was very communicative. We’d definitely stay again. ”

“I was under the impression when they said that there was space for 3 people in the room that there would be space for 3 people. I only really needed space for two people, but I figured I would be safe. There was hardly space for one person. The Queen bed is a bit undersized (I would consider that a Full) and the Sofa bed is not a bed. If you want a cheap place near Rittenhouse Square and don't have high expectations, sure you can for sure stay here.”

“Great location, amenities were all I needed”

“The location and space of the apartment were really great. So much of it worked perfect for our stay. However, there were some things missing or that could be improved. For starters, towels were provided but no wash cloths. The arrival instructions were inaccurate, the message said the key would be in the lockbox outside of the building but it was not in there. It wasn’t until the second day of our stay that I received a message with where the key should be. Thankfully we already figured it out……
