“The apartment is confortable, we slept quite well and the decoration was so craaazy but pleasant. We really love it! It's not common but colourful and make people happy however we missed a real place to eat. To finish i just want to thank the owner to let us enter in his wonderful world. I recommend”

“We walked in and walked out. When you enter the outside door to go upstairs it was filthy...I have pictures! We hoped the room was better. It wasn't! The sofa was stained, the right arm was hanging to the floor and the left was was very loose. There was an unclean odor. We walked in took pictures and walked out. We plan to try to get our money back.”

“Place was very clean and newly renovated. We had 4 adults and a teenager and were very comfortable. Washer and dryer was a huge plus. We walked home from the Eagles game and there’s food nearby as well. Would definitely stay again.”

“Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy.”

“Positives-super convenient, walkable location with easy access to just about anything in center city. Quick access to sports complex. Fun cash only dive bar below.Negatives-misleading presentation of the property. Did NOT list the bed is on a loft! Not cool, and frankly, unacceptable. Had hip surgery and access to bed was dangerous for me. The ladder, come on! I’m sure the setup works for some, but I’d recommend not misleading people like that, not good. Also the place was musty and smelled……

“The space was good for the price.”

“We needed a one night stay in Philly last minute and absolutely everything was sold out, but we found this place in the most perfect location that fit our needs massively spacious very comfortable bed and lots of amenities. Came through in a pinch.”

“It was dirty. There were bugs. The photos were not of the actual unit. It was disgusting!! We left an hour after we arrived. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!”

“Conveniently close to everything. Super spacious and clean. Great host, super cute room and very comfortable bed. The view is spectacular and the balcony hang out area was a cool place to chill at the end of th day. Be mindful there is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow and there is a third party verification app used where you will have to leave a deposit. (Refunds prompt after stay) Many thanks!!”

“The property was wonderful, the studio and balcony, private bathroom — a haven of peace and beauty! Host is terrific. I’ll definitely book this place again!”

“I was under the impression when they said that there was space for 3 people in the room that there would be space for 3 people. I only really needed space for two people, but I figured I would be safe. There was hardly space for one person. The Queen bed is a bit undersized (I would consider that a Full) and the Sofa bed is not a bed. If you want a cheap place near Rittenhouse Square and don't have high expectations, sure you can for sure stay here.”

“The apartment was w”

“The unit was clean and the bed was very comfortable with a great location but generally run down and dingy. Check in info was provided 33 minutes before check-in but host was very responsive. Standard check in time is 5 pm which is late.”

“Clean space. Very comfy bed and good location. The ac did not work well but otherwise great trip”

“Property definitely needs attention. It is spacious and the furnishings are nice. Rugs are frayed. Bathroom is way out of date. Water pressure is very low. Description should include that is a third floor walk-up. We had a number of suitcases we had to carry up 3 flights of stairs. We had trouble with early check-in and check-out. Received confirmation of both via email, but the property manager said that it was a system glitch and we needed to be out by 10:am. They did correct the issue with……
