“The property was very clean and had plenty of sleeping room. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book here again. It’s in a very walkable neighborhood, close to everything. ”

“Studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building near Rittenhouse Square. The location is very good with plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as shopping and many landmarks within a 20 minute walk. The area seems quite safe. Beds were very comfortable.The TV remote did not work - there were two and neither worked - so the TV was not used. Three people stayed for 3 days and we each had one face cloth - had to purchase extra. 1/2 roll of toilet paper and 1/3 roll paper towels.……

“The bathrooms need to be updated the master batch shower curtain was 4” to short so we couldn’t use it - to avoid a flood The second bathroom light fixture was held up with a toothbrush holder and grout was very dirty The kitchen had mismatched dishes glasses likely from a yard sale ”

“Great location with convenient parking right across the street. Host was very responsive and the place was clean and spacious. We will definitely plan to rent this place again when we want to do weekends away in Philly ”

“The apartment was nice we had a hard time getting in with the key pad, the heat nor the WiFi wasn’t working and we had one spoon and two butter knives and no dish soap to wash the dishes.. ”
