“This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.”

“The breakfast was amazing. The pool was a little small for the number of guests but it had a great rooftop view. Would definitely stay again!!”

“Shower had hair in it when we arrived and was clearly dirty. Sheets were never changed when we stayed six days. Staff were not happy and we heard one threaten to quit. Nothing works.”

“My complaint is they start cleaning at 830 am and, when you are trying to rest that is no good,you ask for coffee or other things oh we don't have any more, no microwave you can use and charge you 25 dollars for service fee per day but is not there when you do your reservation.”

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”

“We had 3 different rooms ..the 1st room toliet wasn't working properly. The 2nd room the tub water was running and wouldn't shut off and the 3rd room had little water pressure and was hot hot . Not impressed. Will never stay again Sad thing I stayed there like 10 years ago and it was fine....they need to fix it up and do regular maintenance on it But the lady at the front desk was pretty nice and tried to help”
