"My husband, son and I booked a relatively last-minute weekend trip. Gabriel was great, and fast about answering my questions. The unit was easy to find and gain entry to. It is very clean, quiet, and accessible to the water; a very short walk to the on-prem docks and the covered porch is very nice. We had an enjoyable stay and liked the area."

Quick stop on the way to my home in Florida. Bed was comfortable, TV worked, refrigerator worked, water was hot, shower was good, coffee pot worked. WiFi worked, parking right outside your door. Santee is a quiet town, so I felt safe. Got a bagel with cream cheese for breakfast, had other things available.

A large spacious room, with a big flat screen tv, a coffee table, and there was a sofa besides the bed. Quite impressive for a $50/night stay. The only thing we weren't happy about - the AC doesn't have an electronic display, so you have no idea what temperature you set your a/c to; you need to kind of "feel" it when is right for you. But overall very pleased, nice place for the money paid.

Coming off I-95 the property is on the left with a narrow entrance sandwiched between a Hampton Inn and a Wendy’s exit. I missed it the first time.
I’m not sure whether this is a new property or an old motel that was renovated and rebranded as a Best Western hotel. In any case it is well maintained and attractive.
It’s a couple of miles from downtown Manning so eating options are basically fast food. Breakfast buffet was OK.

I loved that it wasn’t a pet friendly facility. I love my dog but she doesn’t stay in hotels with me. Hotels that have a lot of dogs to stay causes the hotels to stink horribly and I prefer clean smelling hotels.
