“Initially I had some doubts but it turned out to be an okay stay. The carpeting in the elevators and hallways was visibly dirty, which was a turn off, but fortunately it was not like that in my room. The room was very clean and comfortable and all staff with whom I interacted were polite, friendly, and attentive. Those are most important things which is why I say it was an okay stay. I did have to change rooms however because the control for the AC did not work in the first room that they gave……

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……
