“As a part of a long road trip across the country and back, this little place was so comfortable and welcoming! Clay is a great host. We liked so many things about the house, but I will begin with the location. There are several parks within walking distance. Old Town Arvada is a 25 minute walk and has so many charming shops and eateries. We went downtown to visit the capitol building too. The security guard told us about a tour beginning in just a few minutes. It was so informative and we really……

“This property was perfectly located for us. We spent a bunch of time in Golden/Denver and Littleton for wedding activities.”

“It was just as the pictures. Well stocked everything you would need to relax, shower was amazing. Place was quite.”

“This place was the real deal. Everything that was listed or pictured exceeded expectations a true getaway. Our host was truly amazing immediate responses to any questions we had and gave us all the space you would want from a host. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay. We'll definitely book with this hosts properties in the future. Much appreciated. Thank you, Kendra”

“Great quiet location”

“The property was in a great location. It is a duplex but couldn’t really hear the neighbors, which is great. And it is a tri-level house which may be good to make clear for those that may have accessibility issues. Upper floors were hard to keep cool with limitations on the thermostat but appreciated the available box fans. TV and internet were excellent.”

“Very cozy place, host was in constant communication with us. Clean, great area, hot tub was awesome. Close to restaurants and a Walmart. Shower had great pressure. Loved the French press coffee maker. Beds comfortable. Full kitchen which is always helpful during travel. Closet stocked with cozy blankets. Backyard was very peaceful with a park view. Washing machine and dryer worked great. Highly recommend this place!”

“Excellent, and accommodating.”

“Extras made it special. Hide the candy”

“Nice place”

“Our host was great at communicating and responded very quickly to any questions that we had. We booked our stay when Colorado was going through an intense heat wave, and the AC unit wasn't the most efficient, so we had to buy a fan from a Walmart to use and then return at the end of our stay. I would stay here again, because of the great host, reasonable price, and the location. If you want to see a concert at the Ball Arena or Redrocks, it is very close to the both of them. This place is also……
