“We booked our stay at same place we stayed when we were there in June. December vacation was amazing with all the holiday lights and festivities!”

“Host and manager were friendly and very helpful. However, VRBO online description stated it sleeps 8, but 2 sofa-beds had been removed leaving sleeping for only 6. Smoke detector in bedroom had been removed. Bathroom towel bar missing. Short-term rental license displayed in entryway was expired. Tub had drainage issue. This property has potential but is tired and needs a redo.”

“Overall it was a pleasant stay once I made a few changes. There were a few issues I had to resolve. The hose out front was broken so there was no way to rinse off sand. I bought a hose and nozzle at Walmart and once maintenance cut off the old hose I was able to replace it. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they sent maintenance to take the old hose off so that was a big plus. The master bedroom mattress needs replacement desperately. I was so uncomfortable on it due to deep indents that……

“Was given the wrong entrance number. Email stated it was two, actually it’s one. Too many light bulbs out, that should have been checked and fixed before we got there. One bedroom needs additional furniture like a chair for reading, a dresser, or desk. That is it. Everything else was great!!”
