"This house is located in the downtown historic district. All the homes in this area have been restored and are the cutest quaint little houses. It’s only a mile from UF Hospital of Jacksonville. When first arriving the AC was not cooling properly and upon contacting the host they were quick to get it resolved!! (Just needed filters replaced). "The whole concept of a detached bungalow is great; very quiet, private and relaxing. My only complaint was that the unit was rather dirty… windows and screens were filthy. Mirror was terrible as well. Carpet needs cleaned or replaced. Refrigerator has stains on the front of it that were pretty gross looking for in the eating area. Convenient to all of the activities we had chosen. "

"The staff here were just amazing! They truly make every effort to assist in whatever requests or needs you may have. We were directly across from the beach. The pillows in our room needed to be replaced, but the bed was super comfy, and the room was clean. We had an awesome girls trip!"

"We checked out this morning and will be back! The clerk at front desk was awesome and good at his job. The facility is actually an older motel, not a hotel, but in great condition. Room was spacious and clean with a fresh smell. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Plenty of towels, etc. Pool is really big and clean. Full breakfast was really good. The location is perfect and a very short walk to the beach. You walk out of parking lot and turn left and you can see the beach. While walking to the beach you pass 2 really great seafood restaurants. There’s even a souvenir shop right there. So we never even cranked the truck from the time we got there until we checked out. We walked to the pool, beach, shopping and food! PERFECT! "

"We really enjoyed our stay! The suite was beautiful, spacious, and it seemed like all the rooms had at least a partial ocean view. Breakfast was included, and they even offered cookies at check-in, which was a nice touch. It's just a short walk to the beach—exactly why we chose this place. I also liked that the Sandbar is nearby, but unfortunately, the smell of fried food was noticeable around the hotel. The pool is pretty small. "
