“The room unfortunately was not clean. There were stains on the toilet, the floors were dirty, candle wax dripped down the wall and it smelt like an ashtray. However the linen was clean, bed was clean, no sign of bugs, and the staff was super friendly. This was a very short stay for me and did the job of what I needed which was sleep.”

“This was our second stay here. The room was good overall, but the sink had a small crack in it. The fitness room was outdated, not all of the exercise machines were working, and there was no treadmill as shown in the pictures. The windows also needed to be cleaned. Additionally, the elevator carpet was very worn out and should be replaced.
On the positive side, the staff was very helpful and provided excellent service throughout our stay.”
