When we pulled up, it looked a little rough, but we only care about the inside anyway. It was advertised as a queen bed, and it was a full bed. We were only staying for 1 night so we honestly didn't feel like taking time out of our plans to go to the office and complain about any of this, so I will say we did not give them a chance to fix it. ”

“The property was under construction and looked nothing like the photos. Then once getting in the room, the tub was so dirty that my mom grabbed the towels to clean it and they were completely black. She then threw them away and while Checking out, they tried to charge her for the towels she used to clean their dirty tub. Awful experience and will never book here again.”
