“Only positive comment is that the Check in staff was friendly and helpful. This is a terrible hotel. Carpet was filthy and wavy in the room and throughout the hallway and elevator. Vanity faucet did not function properly. Bathroom was clean fortunately. At 9:10 AM they were out of eggs, waffle batter and utensils at the food area. Breakfast attendant ignored request to bring more batter. Cookies were burnt, cold cereal dispenser was complicated and inefficient to dispense cereal, coffee was……

“The property was under construction and looked nothing like the photos. Then once getting in the room, the tub was so dirty that my mom grabbed the towels to clean it and they were completely black. She then threw them away and while Checking out, they tried to charge her for the towels she used to clean their dirty tub. Awful experience and will never book here again.”

“My husband booked this motel for us for Valentine's Day. It was $180 for one night for the room with the jetted tub. When we pulled up, it looked a little rough, but we only care about the inside anyway. It was advertised as a queen bed, and it was a full bed. We were only staying for 1 night so we honestly didn't feel like taking time out of our plans to go to the office and complain about any of this, so I will say we did not give them a chance to fix it. ”

When I come back to Saginaw, I will be coming back to stay there and looking for Mr. Fehim!”
