"Beautiful location and charming inn. Comfy bed. Could have been cleaner in the bathroom. This place could be amazing if it was maintained. Views of the Hudson River were covered by the messy gardens and trees. No restaurant."

"Our stay at Elmrock was exactly what we needed to get out of town and have many of the beautiful sites of Ulster County available nearby. The House we rented from them was beautifully kept. The Breakfasts were great ant the conversation with others made for nice mornings. ON a VERY hot July 4th Weekend the home was cool and comfortable! Would recommend the Inn highly."

It is a lovely facility. The staff is kind and helpful. We had some confusion on checking in, I had apparently booked a room without a private bath or closet. As we were there to attend a wedding, I wanted my own bathroom and a place to hang our "dressup" clothes. They were able to change our room and accomodate us.

What a lovely place. Cozy and quiet and the breakfast was DELICIOUS! Our original room was very pretty, but there was a problem with the heat in our room and we were upgraded to an amazing suite! I always think how hotels deal with situations like this are so telling. A problem can happen anywhere, but how the management deals with it is what counts.
