“Wonderful stay and staff. :)”

“The main criteria for me in a well rated hotel is a clean space that allows a comfortable night’s sleep. While this hotel was clean, their central air was not working during my two night stay and they had no fans available. The temp in my room did not get below 75 and for a woman in my season of life, it was unbearable. When I inquired at the front desk about a fan, the clerk told me he had it worse because he was standing under hot lights all day. Also. It really makes me mad when housekeeping……

“Management was rude and unprofessional. There were issues with my room (running toilet, broken fireplace) and no attempt was made to rectify the issue. What is advertised on the website is not what the actual experience will be. The worst part was the inability to contact someone in charge because the person at the front desk was rarely there and when she was, she had seemingly no interest in helping and was borderline rude. ”

“You get what you pay for. Not an ideal place to stay for a single woman- even the uber driver told me that.”

“Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Es gab immer 3 warme Speisen (Omlett,Würstchen, Kartoffelecken) außerdem Bagels,Toast. Man konnte sich Waffeln selber Backen. Außerdem Cornflakes,Porridge und Joghurt sowie frischen Obst. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Sie wurden alle 2 Tage gereinigt. ”

“The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!……
