“Hotel limpio y bonito. El único detalle es que la playa está un poco retirada del hotel, pero te acostumbras.”

“The room is big and the windows view is perfect. The facilities are quite new, but not in a very good quality. On the roof, there is construction going on that cause the noise is the worst part. But the overall experience is still good.”

“Me gustó que está a pie de playa, que te incluye desayuno y comida, aunque no hay mucha variedad en desayunos, casi siempre es lo mismo y te sirven muy pero muy poquito. Deberían de tener más variedad y que uno se pudiera servir. Que incluyera las bebidas aunque aumentaran la tarifa del hotel, ya que las bebidas que pides que no sean en el restaurante tienen costo extra, peor en general todo bien”

“El personal muy amables, el recámara que no tocó había una sofá manchada de algo raro, y los baños solo había agua caliente. La alberca estaba excelente igual con el estacionamiento. ”

“Rooms were not cleaned once during our five day stay. I had requested a lower floor due to disabilities and was put on the 4th floor, no elevators. When questioned the staff replied that requests are suggestions only, they don't have to accomodate, and wouldn't. Parking was extremely limited, our car was blocked in and we did not have access to it for the first 3 days there. I would not recommend this hotel”

“Typical old hotel vibes. Food was good, beachfront is solid. En general it’s an ok all inclusive hotel but not worth the price per night. I think there are better options in Guayabitos.”

“El lugar tiene una vista preciosa en dirección a la playa de Guayabitos. Los temas que podrían mejorar son: 1. El acceso: yo fui el fin de semana de pascua y estaban arreglando, para acceder estaba muy complicado porque si no era en auto, tenías que caminar bastante. La sugerencia es que pregunten por dónde pueden entrar, porque cuando llegue, la entrada principal estaba cerrada y debíamos rodear; aunado a que como están arreglando, los taxis ya no quieren ir para allá porque los autos se……
