“The inn keeper was great and always quickly provided us with anything requested. We did feel like we misunderstood the size of the room and the spa not being a pool. Otherwise, it was a nice place overall and the bed was very comfortable. We also felt like the huge shower head was relaxing. Thanks for helping us enjoy our vacation in Key West.”

“The property is very well maintained considering its age, and the location is perfect—just steps away from Duval Street and the harbor. I deducted one star because, given the traditional style of the house, it lacks impact-resistant windows to block out noise, and the roosters woke me up very early. Overall, however, we were very pleased and recommend the property; the neighborhood itself is an attraction.”

“We have been to Key West 8 times and have stayed at a few different places. The Conch House Heritage Inn was the best, without a doubt. Sincerely nothing could’ve been better we had the Best Continental Breakfast ever, the Coffee was great. Staff so welcoming and gave us a tour upon check-in (that’s never happened anywhere before) Clean, Comfortable, Relaxing and top notch All the way. We will Most Definitely be coming back Huge Thank you :) Best staff”
