“I stayed here April 10-12. Upon first arrival the room seemed clean until I went to bathe me and my kids and noticed long stringy hair plastered on the shower wall and in the tub. The same night I told the front desk attendant and was told to tell the manager Laura in the morning. Next morning at 8am I showed pictures and explained to Laura. She said the lady that cleaned the room has long hair so it may have been hers and she would make sure she cleaned it. I don’t know how that acceptable but……
