“Property was ok. This place has patios directly next to/over a public pool used by guests of the facility- so not conducive to quiet or privacy if you like to sit on the balcony. Bare minimum comforts. Owner did respond to questions. Only one roll of toilet paper provided per bathroom, light switches and some of the put away dishes were not clean. Overall, the place was fine.”

“House was nice. Televisions were small but it was a good stay! Also not actually ocean front.”

“The lock on our door broke, it was repaired quickly which was awesome!! But it took multiple phone calls, emails and text to get the process started. Just a hassle when your on Vaca. The room itself was very worn, paint chips on walls and furniture Both mattresses were awful. We liked the resort, but won’t book on Expedia next time.”

“So many things wrong. Mold in bathroom, hair on sheets, dirty moldy dishes in dishwasher. Have to climb 4-5 flights of stairs bc on 3rd floor. I get no elevator But try hauling suitcases and then golf clubs up 5 flights everyday. No AC for us (apparently she didn’t know it wasn’t working) smart thermostats notify when disconnected and no screen ventilation. Cleaning standards are poor even if it had been cleaned. Dusty and fingerprints. Host had cleaning lady bring new sheets when I sent……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beach view was great. All amenities good. Always a parking spot for our oversized vehicle. Prompt responses from owner when we had questions. ”

“Convenient location! Nice and clean! Only downside was you couldnt turn the air conditioner below 70, and we got hot during the night. Everything else was great!”

“Great view. The condo has everything you need and is comfortable and clean. I would recommend it for a couple looking for beach vacation with restaurants and activities nearby. Excellent communication from the host. 5 stars all around.”
