“Clean!”

“I’m giving this one star because I booked through Expedia… Paid through Expedia… And they still charged me five dollars when I checked into the hotel… (This was not disclosed and I have never had to pay extra at a hotel once I’ve already paid through a third-party website!) management – Please update your policy or you may get unhappy customers… There’s no point in making unhappy customers over trying to grift five dollars per booking.”

“The place was gross, outdated, and my key cards stopped working every single day.”

“The staff is absolutely the best! From the overnight, morning, and afternoon/night. They are truly what customer service is supposed to be!”

“I just entered my room—the door wasn't locked, and there was no shower gel left, which put me in a very awkward position.”

“Set in a very walkable location with restaurants etc . But is also set on the expressway so some decent road noise. Didnt feel the rooms were super clean lots of dust one person in our group had rotting food from another guest in their fridge. AC was weak for a warm climate not crisp. People said the food on site was frozen and mediocre and often served still frozen . Staff was very nice and small bottles of water are free at desk. Would not stay again due to noise cleanliness price .”
