“Our original room, The Robert Burns Siute, was dark, and faced the road with a view of the dumpsters. After complaining immediately to the manager, he booked us into room 2, Mary Queen of Scott’s, a beautiful room facing the loch with breath-taking views. Heated floors in the bathroom, a comfortable king bed and excellent service rounded out our experience. The loud 1970s music blaring during our adequate dinner was unpleasant though.”

“The room was a bit on the small size for a double bed. With no TV other than one in the guests main lounge, which was shared by whoever was there at the time. The breakfast was good and the staff was polite and friendly .”
