"Perfect little room with a chic look! View was amazing. I was impressed with the iPad to control light, blinds and the tv. Bathroom and shower are very quiet and super nice "

"The first night we were here there was a dog barking in the next room over,the tv listing only showed the limited channels available and not a guide to view the tv shows which seemed like an old cable channel set up. The first night there what sounded like people roller skating above us which lasted until when I last checked the clock was 11:00. The breakfast which listed waffles did not have them until I checked out on Saturday morning and they were pre made little squares with only whipped cream topping ( which was not in a cooling or ice container to keep it food safe of under 41 degree) Limited choice of food . I was booked to stay here until March 2nd but I decided that when I saw that Residence Inn by Marriott was around the corner I checked out on Saturday morning.February 28th and parking was limited and at the back of the parking lot was barely lit and that was where I had to park during my limited stay there. Terrible experience and I booked through Expedia so I can’t get my remaining 2 nights that I paid for the stay at the Hyatt but I was willing to give up that loss at this point. I booked through Expedia to stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott . "

"Great location - couple blocks from Newberry street with shopping and restaurants. Hotel itself is oddly designed and shaped, low ceilings, long hallways. Picked it due to location and free breakfast. The free breakfast wasn’t much - coffee, orange juice containers and wrapped pastry - so not best choice for that."
