“Overnight staffer Richard was very helpful and personable when I checked in at 11:00 pm. The property and the room was clean and nicely decorated. “The building was being renovated. The lobby was closed. I had to step over a worker grouting a tile floor in order to check in thru a door at the side if the gift shop. the stairwells had construction materials in them. The fire door at the first floor was blocked open. This hotel had no business being open! The lady at the front desk was very understanding. She refunded our money and we went elsewhere.”
