“The owners communicated very clear instructions, made their selves available which was not needed. this is a very nice, clean place to stay with the most amazing rooftop patio which we took advantage of almost every night. it is in close proximity of the George R. Brown convention center and we were able to Uber to in less than 15 minutes.”

“This 3-story house is spacious, modern and comfortable, perfect for my coworkers and me. The 3 bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathroom. There’s a roof top deck, AC, and a big kitchen island. It was perfect for our team conference. It’s just outside the downtown so it’s easy access to the city. The owner was responsible to messages. ”

“December 2023 the pool was warm and hot tub was hot. December 2025 the pool was very cold, no longer temp controlled, and hot tub was chilly, with very little temp control. So pool was disappointing. Everything else was great!”
