"Good breakfast…omelets, yogurt, toast, everything I’d want for a quick, before work breakfast. Pool is nice for a relaxing evening. Also used the gym. Staff was very helpful and welcoming."

"I had to call maintenance because the bath tub filled with water when I tried to shower. It was a hair ball clogging the drain pipe. The breakfast host was reluctant to seat 2 of us away from the entry due to wait staff issues. We were rushed from table because they wanted to close the area at 11:30 AM It took over 10 minutes to even be greeted at the entrance and there was no one else waiting."

"A beautiful, historic building! Renovated but maintains its vintage charm. It was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff and valet attendants were very helpful. Added bonus was the Michelin-recognized restaurant on the premises with delicious food and drinks. We also appreciated the security outside, which guaranteed a safe stay in a big city."
