Summary:
Located on the third floor of the Seascape Condominium complex, this wonderful condo boasts great views of the Gulf and sunsets from your private balcony. The unit can accommodate six people. It has 1 king-sized bed, two bunk beds, and a fold-out couch. Bright and airy you will have no problem relaxing during your stay. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and utensils, and a regular drip coffee maker. Linens, towels, Wi-Fi, and cable television are all included in your stay.

The Space:
Welcome to The Southern Seahorse! Located on the third floor of the Seascape Condominium complex, this wonderful condo boasts great views of the Gulf and sunsets from your private balcony.


The unit can accommodate six people. It has 1 king-sized bed, two twin bunk beds, and a queen fold-out couch.


Bright and airy you will have no problem relaxing during your stay. The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and utensils, and a regular drip coffee maker.


Linens, towels, Wi-Fi, and cable television are all included in your stay. The beach is just a few steps away with gated access. You can lounge around at the pool or one of the 2 hot tubs. There is also a separate barbeque area. Just a short distance to all the sights and sounds Galveston has to offer. Perfect for a vacation or a weekend getaway. 


Guests at the Southern Seahorse also enjoy all the amenities offered by Seascape Resort including a beautifully landscaped courtyard/pool area, seasonally heated pool, 2 hot tubs (one for adults only), gazebo, beach observation deck, beach side BBQ and picnic area, and private parking.

Enjoyed our first stay
My fiancee and I spent 4 nights at this hidden gem on the west end of the island. We loved the pool and hot tubs. We loved our view from our balcony. Check in was very seamless. The only negative was some lack of attention to small details by housekeeping. It was very obvious the floors had not been swept and mopped in our unit. The couch had stains on the cushions and hair that were very easily seen. Once I notified the property manager, those issues were addressed promptly. Here is a friendly suggestion to the property management. Remove the handles off the cabinets in the kitchen especially by the oven. It's hard to open the oven door because of the cabinet knobs. You can't access the bottom rack. We definitely would recommend this property to family and friends. We plan to stay here next time we come to visit Galveston.

Absolutely Perfection
This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this property, but the 1st time in this unit - it was perfect! Our 4&7 yr old kids loved the bunk beds. The primary bedroom is super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals there during our stay. The patio has seating for 4, which was amazing for watching the sunset in the evening as a family. Recommending this rental to everyone.

Smart pool layout and great beach access.
Lovely property. We had a ocean view from our balcony. The pool layout is really smart- one big pool and hot tub and also a hot tub a little separated from the rest that was for adults only cause the one with the pool would get packed with kids. Also had a kiddo wading pool to the side. Under building open air parking. Whole stay was lovely.

Clean condo, smaller than expected but had everything needed except a washer/dryer. There was an onsite washer and dryer that was broken. The pool and hot tubs were nice and the beach was steps away from the condo!

Such a great weekend
I can’t wait to go back and book this property again next year! Such an amazing trip! Great location and so many wonderful things for children to do even in the cold winter months (heated pools)! The unit is awesome and such a great view! We will be back!

VERY small
I stayed here with my three teenagers and it was in a great location. My parents were staying in the RV park right next door so that is why we went with this condo. However, it was wayyyyyyy too small for us. Yes there was enough beds but there was absolutely nowhere for us all to put our luggage and things. There was only 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toliet paper and 2 trash bags. Nothing to clean with and NO hand soap at the kitchen sink nor the bathroom! Smoke detector did not work or did the light work on the deck/ porch. We stayed here for 6 nights and for the price I paid I was expecting it to be much more stocked & nice/ updated. None of the clocks worked which isn’t a big deal but if you’re going to have 3 clocks they should be in working order. All in all I will never stay in this unit again. Even if someone was to have two small children and two adults there wouldn’t be room for anything! We had to bring in some of the chairs out on the deck to sit on in the evenings. If you plan to go out to eat every night only have 1 maybe two adults and don’t mind to bring everything you would need at home then I would book this place if not… keep looking! 👀

Wonderful Unit
We had a wonderful stay in this unit. The unit is exactly as described and had everything that we needed. Initially it was just going to be me staying as I had a work event in the area but my niece came and stayed with me as well and we had plenty of room for the two of us. The beach was quiet (just the way I like it) and access to the beach was easy. I would definitely stay here again!

My friend and I were trapped in the elevator. We got but our luggage and food was stuck in the elevator for about 41/2 hours. When we left the elevator was broke again. We had to carry all or luggage and 7 year old Mom form 3 flights of stairs. She is in poor health.

Wonderful Beach getaway
We booked the condo to be in the same condo complex as other family. The aspect of being able to walk right to the beach without having to cross the street is a major perk. We had a wonderful time in our unit and it fit out family of 6 nicely. They are small children so maybe a little cramped for teenagers in a family of 6. But we were there for the beach and this location did not disappoint.

FUN IN THE SUN
From Arkansas first time bringing the Grandbaby, she is 5, to the beach. Everything was PERFECTION! Perfect size for 3 adults and a 5 year old. Super easy beach access! Pool was nice. Everything clean have stayed on this property before and definitely will again! GOOD TIMES!!!
