Breathtaking beach and sunrise views from this 2/2 in Seascape Condo! Unlike most condos in Galveston, Seascape is located directly on the beach, just west of the Seawall, there is no need to cross the busy street to feel the sand between your toes. Start mornings with breakfast on a large balcony looking out towards the gulf. On sunny days, it’s the perfect place to unwind with a book or kick back and enjoy the views. Soak up the sights and sounds from your beach-facing balcony or relax by the swimming pool (heated year-round) and hot tubs. Condo sleeps 8 with a king bed in the master, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa. An upscale kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and contemporary, all-white cabinets includes microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes & utensils. TVs in each bedroom and tiled floors. Cable and wifi access so perfect for working remotely. Linens and towels provided. Ready to go to the beach? Grab the chairs and beach toys in the unit and don't forget the sunscreen! Complex features include: direct beach access, elevators, large pool heated year-round, kid’s pool, 2 hot tubs, BBQ pits and full-size coin-operated washer/dryers on several of the floors.

Please note that the HOA requires all guests to be counted towards occupancy, regardless of age, and guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. The host fee in the quote includes the cleaning fee and HOA nightly surcharge (parking).

The condo was perfect and exactly what we needed! Loved the access to the beach as well as everything else that Galveston has to offer. We were able to use chairs and beach toys, and that was a big plus. It meant there was less for us to pack! Will be back!

Loved that the condo was close to the beach. We enjoyed lots of time in the pool as well. Our balcony looked right out into the water. The bunk beds are in the hallway immediately when you enter so that was a little surprising also the door handle was very loose and made it difficult to close. Other than that it was a wonderful stay!

Great Place

Right off the seawall, which made it great for a more private stay, while only a short walk to the seawall, and everything Galveston has to offer. The place was clean and very nicely appointed. The pool was a definite plus. We had a great time. Would stay there again anytime.

Peaceful Retreat

Close to everything but far enough away for some peace. Having beach access with no major roads to cross was ideal. Host was a pleasure to deal with and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Beach condo was perfect for 2 adults and 3 kids. Right near the beach with wooded walkway (perfect for kids/wagon) Host responded quickly and even mailed something I had left in the condo. Would definitely stay again

Great weekend trip

The room and resort was exactly as described. Everything was clean and well stocked. Having the extra large balcony was amazing. We spend the evening there playing cards. All of the extra chairs, beach toys etc. was also a nice perk which kept our packing list down! The beach access was super easy and crowds were super low.

Fun family trip

My husband and I extended our time in San Leon at my nephew's wedding and brought my 84 yr old dad along to beach as swimming in the gulf is his favorite thing to do! The unit was clean and Jessica was wonderful to deal with. However, the gate attendant when we arrived was quite rude, not fully explaining the parking situation and then leaving a nasty ticket on our car and stopping us on the way out later that day to tell us how stupid we were. I'm happy to report that everyone else we encountered during our stay was lovely.

Great girls getaway!

We loved staying at this property for the weekend. We loved the seascape condo. It was clean and decorated so cute. It was awesome being just steps away from the pool and beach. It was so easy to run back up to the condo if needed. We also loved that they had two luggage carts next to the elevator to load all of our luggage on and wheel to our condo. We also loved that the condo had beach towels and camp chairs on site for us to use. It was so nice that we did not have to pack those ourselves. Jessica, the property owner, was so helpful and answered all my questions promptly. Communication was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and all said we would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Condo right on the beach

This condo is located on the first floor above the parking garage. There is an elevator and stairs, which was convenient. The condo was clean and the perfect size for us. My only complaint was that the bathrooms are tiny and the bedrooms both had views of the stairs/walkway instead of the beach or pool, but that wasn’t a big deal because we were really only there at night. The beds were comfy, the kids loved the bunk beds. The location was great, the beach was right down the stairs and it’s very close to Moody Gardens and all the Seawall restaurants. The pool was heated and awesome. We loved the heated kiddie pool. Fun family weekend!
