4th of July Beach Trip

Nice, very clean condo with an excellent view of the Gulf from both balconies. Kitchen and remodeled bathrooms were well maintained with essentials like hand soap, paper towels, ziplock bags and plenty of towels. Complex has excellent security, plenty of parking and the amenities like the pool and private beach walkway were as advertised. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next Galveston visit.

Loved our stay!

We absolutely loved the cleanliness and decor of the condo. The proximity to the beach was also wonderful and the heated pools were so enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again!

Best place with kids

It’s good a place location wise especially with kids. The beach access is a conveniently located making it easy for the kids :) the property is clean and stocked with all the necessity.

Exactly as advertised

Excellent property! The owner thought of everything. The little extras were so appreciated (soap, beach towels, laundry pods, etc). Directly on the beach so no worries with crossing the busy highway with 2 small children. The owner was very attentive to her property. She reached out to me to check that the property was as expected. Will DEFINITELY choose this property again if in the Galveston area!

Short but great stay

The unit is nice, clean, well equipped, nice ocean view on two balconies, good covered parking Stacy is a great, considerate, easy to communicate with super host. You don't have to look anywhere else rent this unit

One of the best locations to stay on the island.

This property is beachside. Many of the properties on the island are across a 4-lane road. This was ideal having 2 children with us. Easy access to the beach. A beautiful pool, multiple hot tubs and a kiddie pool made for a very enjoyable stay.

Everything as expected and Perfect for Our Family

Loved this property and the unit! Perfect for our family. Loved having access to the beach and the pool and hot tub for when needing a break from the beach. This property is just outside the main touristy areas of downtown which we really liked. Nice quiet property. Looking forward to future visits.

Memorial Day 2023

This was a great, relaxing and easy stay. The kids (and adults) loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Within walking distance of a cool bar on the beach as well. Room was clean and well stocked with essential items and everything worked as well. The only nuisance we had was some early morning stomping from the unit above us.

Cozy and quiet

Owner made sure to have all the extras there to keep their guests entertained. Everything was in good condition and gave a nice beach vibe. Location was perfect for places I needed to get to. I would definitely recommend. The beach was just a short distance to walk. Very nice and clean.

Elevator dilemma

The elevator was broken because of a lightning strike. This was totally not your fault. It would have been nice if SOMEONE from management had been there to help! My friend is partially handicapped and we had a very hard time getting a carload of luggage to second floor. Also there wasn’t even a sign in the elevator

Great Vacation!

Great Condo and location. Check-in is very easy and security guard is very helpful. The condo is very clean and has many of the essentials you might need. Loved having a washer/dryer in the unit! The beach is a short walk and it was great to have a wagon and chairs in the unit. The pool area is clean and the staff was always helpful (suggestions for dinner). The location is just a short drive to the strip and the strand and is very peaceful, not as much traffic and noise. Some of the restaurants we enjoyed were the Black Pearl, Brick House Tavern an Grill and Coopers Landing which is right across the street from the condo. This was a great condo for our group of four and we would definitely recommend.

Fantastic beach vacation

This property was perfect for our last minute beach vacation for spring break. The location is super convenient to all of the Galveston Island attractions but is removed enough from "downtown" to be relaxing, and having the private beach access and pool is great. The unit is nicely furnished and was very clean for our stay. The owners have been very thoughtful in the amenities they provide such as beach chairs, sand toys, a wagon, etc. We truly had everything we could have possibly needed so we could focus on having fun. Our only complaint, and something the owner can't control, is that the unit is very close to a busy road. If you are a light sleeper or hoping to hear the ocean, just be aware that you will have some traffic noise. Overall, this is a great property and we will definitely consider staying again next time we are in Galveston.

Great location

I really enjoyed staying here with my family. I think for more than a weekeend it may start to feel a little cramped with more than 4 adults if you just stay in the whole time, but for sleeping in a clean environment and playing board games (which they had available to use), after being out on the beach, it was quite nice. I love how spaced out we are from other hotels and how we are fenced in by guard house. Home had everything we needed to make it a great stay. Walmart was straight down the street like 5mins away which also was a plus, I even seen a Kroger's on the street as well. FYI, my At&t phone service was horrible in that area when not connected to the wifi, but I wanted to unplug some anyway. Host was a phone call a way and very attentive to our needs of keypad code not working, only took a few minutes to fix. I would stay here again and recommend.

Clean, Updated and On the Beach

We had a great stay. It was just 3 of us, so although the space is small, it worked well. The location is fantastic with great parking. We really enjoyed the heated pool area. The unit was really clean and nicely furnished. My husband loved the big TVs and cable as well as streaming. The plus for me was that the kitchen had plenty of extras like salt and pepper, baggies, extra dish soap, laundry pods, etc so you had what you needed. This makes all the difference if you plan to have breakfast or lunches in. We had one minor issue when we were there and the owner responded immediately. Excellent! One small disappointment was the unit is close to the street side, so we heard traffic when on the patio ( but not in the unit). Overall a great stay!
