Our Mountain View Home features heated(April 1 to Oct 31) and heated indoor pool. Year round hot tub and playground, picnic tables and BBQ's. We offer a fully equipped upgraded kitchen, washer and dryer, inviting fireplace, high speed internet, HD TV's, jacuzzi tubs, and private balconies with amazing mountain views.

Come see why we fell in love with and made it our second home. It's close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Mountain View Condo's are located between red light #0 and red light #1. We're across the street from the Titanic and next to Dunkin Donut's. 2

Outside we offer two playgrounds and acres of mowed lawn with horseshoes and volleyball nets. We even offer a year round hot tub, outdoor heated pool open April 1- Oct 31, salt water pool & kiddie pool. During Dollywood's firework shows you can see them exceptionally well from your personal balcony.

This unit has new upgraded appliances(Side by Side Fridge with icemaker & Smooth Top Stove) and granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. Flat screen TVs are located in all the bedrooms and and living room. There is a washer, dryer & blow dryer too.

Master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom offers a king with direct bath access too. We also offer a bed height queen air bed for sleeping 2 additional if needed. Master suite with jetted tub, living room, dining room and kitchen have views of the mountains.

We have many restaurants to choose from and several walking distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to 3 Showcase Theaters Biblical Times, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight.

We love the area so much our family owns other units.

Lots of choices are just steps or a short drive away. Shopping at the outlets, hike, bike or ski the mountains, go to Dollywood theme park and Splash Country water park. Groceries are available just a mile away at Walmart or Kroger.

We are just over a mile from the new convention center & The Island and just over 3 miles to Dollywood. Just one mile to the Cal Ripken Experience.

We have many restaurants to choose from and several walking distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to 3 Showcase Theaters Biblical Times, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight.

Our condo is on the 3rd floor and offers an elevator and unit can be accessed by a wheelchair. Bathroom has extra wide doorways but is not a designated accessible bathroom. VRBO 455176 & 609850 have ADA toilets and grab bars.

Sorry No Smoking inside and no Pets per the condo policy. HOA does not allow Trailer parking

Great place to stay!
Perfect location. Although you are in town, the setting of these condos gives a feel of being removed from the noise and traffic.

Overall a nice place. Cleanliness could have been better. Toxic smell of cleaning products upon arrival with sticky floors. Like mentioned in previous review the air mattress still has a slow leak.

Great Location!
The condo was in a great location if you want to be right in the middle of all the Pigeon Forge activities, which we did. The pool and hot tub were a great addition which the kids loved! Everything in the condo was clean, beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. I gave it 4 stars instead of the 5 b/c the air mattress would not stay inflated for more than a few minutes. There is no couch, only a love seat, so my 15 year old son had to sleep on several pillows on the floor. Had we known in advance, we would have brought one from home. There were several lights out, and the managers came in and replaced most of those within the same day. The balcony light was out. Not a huge deal, but it was pitch black out there at night. I would definitely stay there again.

Odd smell
There was a very odd smell in the unit. I do not know what it was but it kind of smelled like mildew. The lock is fidgety and difficult to use. The neighborhood was amazing. Easy to access from the main strip. Unfortunately the pool was not usable. It was so heavily chlorinated it was difficult to breathe and the outdoor pool was not open yet. Other than that the units appeared clean. The owners were easy to get up with and the listing is appropriate for the property.

Location was excellent, the condo was very nice. If I had anything to complain it would there were no additional trash bags and a small dish rag but that is just my OCD. Our family loved it, we highly recommend you to book your next trip there and we would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Weekend Get-A-Way
So pleased with our stay! The condo was impeccably clean, and the furnishings were tasteful. It was stocked with thoughtful amenities, from a fully equipped kitchen to full-size hair dryer. It’s evident that the host cares about their guests’ comfort. We highly recommend this location and hosts. We will be back!

Incredible experience
We loved staying here while on our trip to visit the national park. The area is incredibly cute and there is so much to do. The hot tub is AMAZING and we were big fans of the king size beds. The water pressure in the second bedroom was a little uncertain at times but it was hardly an inconvenience.

Poor housekeeping
The floors were black if you were bare for just a short time. The air mattress had a pin hole in it so in the middle of the night my daughter in law fell off. You could hear the people up stairs stomping during the night and the elevator sounded like it was on its last leg. We loved the location, I feel it is a little out dated. The mop in the closet was so black on the bottom it was useless to mop the floors. The floors were just nasty. I could deal with the rest.

Over all the stay was great. We had loads of fun and shopping. The only thing is the hair dryer in the master bathroom did not work so we had to take the other dryer to share which was no big deal. The not working hair dryer got really hot to the touch and didn’t blow at all. We left it unplugged. We replaced the light bulb over the dining table which was out. The light in the closet in the master bedroom is out and the interior of the washer needs to be cleaned. It appeared to have some mold on it.
