"They upgraded our room at no charge. We didnt ask for it but we took it. The room was great. It had a heart shaped tub, kitchenette a booth to eat in view of the hot tub. Beautiful area!!"

"This was our second year staying at this hotel. Traveling with a 3 yr. old, 6 yr. old, their mom, husband and myself. I love the space we have here, full kitchen, stove, full size fridge., utensils in the room!!! (bowls, silverware, glasses, etc.). Plenty of space to unpack and place everyone's clothes, toys, toiletries away. Amber and Lamar, front desk staff, super friendly, ALWAYS had a smile for us, seemed to be glad to see us and happy at their job!! Did I mention Texas Roadhouse is next door??? WALKING DISTANCE?? A giant bonus for us!! A movie theater is on the other side, as well as Starbucks & restaurants. The hotel is off of the main street, something that we also prefer. No hot tub, but we used the pool every night as it's an indoor and very nice! We highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again next year! Amber and Lamar, thank you for another great stay!!"

"This hotel was absolutely perfect for our family. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, they have free popcorn in the lobby after 2:00 pm and they do s’mores outside by the bonfire at 6:30. It felt like we were among friends. They have a hot tub and pool outside and they always have towels on hand. This hotel is conveniently close to Rocky Mountain National Park and they have a cute small town where you can eat and shop. We’ve definitely made it a goal to return at least once a year, totally recommended especially if you are a family. "

"The place was very comfortable, with an absolutely beautiful view! easy to get a pack n play delivered to our room for our 3 month old. Plus, part of the elk heard stopped by! We were trapped in our rooms to look, but very very cool!"
