"Our unit was fairly clean, but the bathrooms definitely needed some attention. Also, the toilets were very low and the bathroom is very small. Bathtub was extremely slippery. The two bedroom unit was spacious and we had a place to hang out with the other couple we were traveling with and also eat in our unit. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub although the chlorine was a little strong and the pool was not heated as stated. The activities were definitely underwhelming. Overall, it was a convenient location and a good amount to do but property definitely needs to be updated."

"Unbelievable value! Beautiful property well-maintained. Very clean rooms. It’s so nice to turn on the television and have everything work! The check-in process took a little longer than I would like… I arrived at 5:30 PM and check in time started at 4 o’clock, I assume it was their ““ rush-hour. I will definitely stay here again!"

"I had a fantastic experience staying at the Comfort Suites Newport News Airport. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient, making the entire check-in process seamless. Highlights of the stay: Spacious & Spotless Room: The suite was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and spacious. Having a separate sitting area with a sofa, plus a mini-fridge and microwave, made it feel much more like a home than a standard hotel room. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a quiet, restful night's sleep. Prime Location & Airport Shuttle: The proximity to Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport (PHF) is unbeatable—less than five minutes away. The complimentary shuttle service was prompt and convenient. Plus, being right off Jefferson Avenue puts you close to plenty of dining and shopping options. Great Amenities: The hot breakfast buffet provided a great variety of options to get the day started. The indoor pool and fitness center were clean and well-kept, which was a great bonus. Exceptional Hospitality: Every staff member I interacted with was genuinely friendly and eager to help with local recommendations or extra amenities. Whether you are traveling for business, visiting military families nearby, or taking a road trip through Hampton Roads, this property delivers top-notch value and reliability. I will definitely stay here again!"

Vacation Village At Williamsburg

"It was missing many items to make it feel like the comforts of home. We really missed having a working ice maker. There was one in the freezer but it did not make ice. The glassware and coffee cups were very small. No throw blankets. Temperature was too warm or too cool- thermostat hard to control."

"We enjoyed the property. We choice the room on expedia website expecting one of the larger room apartment style rooms but we ended up with a smaller hotel room. You have to pay an extra fee if you want a 1 bedroom room. Wasn't fully clear based on pictures. We could hear the other guest at night. Visited the eagle restaurant. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The light fixtures outdide above the tables has lots of spider web's. Need to be cleaned. The room was clean. Air conditioner was noisy. Enjoyed our stay otherwise. Gym and pools were great. The pump for the lazy river and hot tubs were not on, but sgaun still enjoyed our stay."
