The Inn at Warner Hall is a fantastically restored piece of history. The inn is in great condition and beautifully done. The property grounds look great and includes a 1-mile walking path with river views. The friendly staff and great breakfast only add to a wonderful stay.

The Williamsburg Inn is a delightful place to enjoy a get-away, while visiting Colonial Williamsburg, or other area attractions. Upon arriving, we were met by the attentive staff who saw to our every need. When entering the hotel, we saw many vases of beautiful yellow roses grouped together, which complemented the attractive décor. We stayed three nights. It was a very clean room. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. They cleaned our room after 2 nights, did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend.

This is a newer property and reflects it! The rooms, lobby and staff are all excellent! I would definitely recommend staying here again.

This was a family trip with 2 kids under 6. The accommodations were top notch! Loved everything about it! We will definitely be back! We were impressed with the staff as well. Kudos!!!

Our favorite place to stay when visiting our daughter at William and Mary.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Williamsburg Sampler B & B. We appreciated the close proximity to Colonial Williamsburg and William and Mary College, as well as the quiet location. Mr. Ike is such a kind man and an excellent Innkeeper..lovely to talk to him and tour his Inn. The room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was just delicious! We will definitely revisit this quaint inn on our next visit!

Great place to stay for a quick trip to Busch Gardens!

The property was clean. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. This is a good hotel to stay the night. We were only there for a night, but it was comfortable and well taken care of.

We stayed with kids a very nice and clean and convenient place. Staff is great. Food is decent just like what you expect from a breakfast they can probably add some more options but it was enough. The only one thing they should change is getting different shampoos and body washes a bit of a better quality but everything else is great We’ll definitely stay again.

I loved my stay! The views are spectacular and the food at the restaurant below is delicious. The staff there are lovely and very helpful. Be aware that there is no front desk, you just call to their sister property to get door codes for your room. I liked this but if you’re looking for a traditional hotel, this isn’t it. They were very helpful over the phone and let me have a later checkout. FYI, the restaurant does not serve breakfast, so be prepared to drive to Smithfield or Williamsburg...

The B&B is absolutely lovely, but there is no one there to greet you or that we even saw at all, except for breakfasts. We booked for two nights and had the 'Green Room' at the top of the stairs, at the front of the house. It's a beautiful room, as are all the rooms there. There is honestly not a bad room (we went into every one of them) and they are all almost identical, except for one twin room. Comfortable bed, good pillows, great shower, good breakfast and coffee. The only thing to be negative about was the ice machine wasn't working on our floor but the 4th floor was working.

Disappointed to see the restaurant and especially the outdoor fire pit closed???
