"So it wasn’t bad I liked that it was two bedroom suite type of unit BUT, I couldn’t stand being able to hear all kinds of noises while trying to sleep. That was my biggest pet peeve. It was like staying at a cheap apartment you hear all sounds and it’s hard to get good sleep. This is supposed to be a relaxing place but it is was not. We had to call several times to the front desk because the room above us thought it was ok to stomp around at 3am waking us all up. They did nothing until the last night we we were there and complained for the last time they sent security to the room. Which would have been if they did it the first time but whatever I guess. If you value sleep and relaxation this is not the place for you trust me you will regret it. If you don’t care about getting sleep or relaxing then go ahead and book it. Oh also, they don’t fill the soap or replace bedding or towels or toilet papers we kept having to call."

"Facility was very clean and accommodating. My daughter and I had a nice time lounging around the pool, shopping, and eating all in one location. The room was very nice and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Will definitely stay here again."

"This is my second time staying at the Sheraton. We absolutely love it. The room is extremely clean, the water is hot, the beds are comfortable, ac works great, and pool is so warm and refreshing. The staff is extremely helpful. The bar at the main pool was our favorite. The bar tenders are so fun and welcoming. We loved the main pool. Con: they now have a “parking” fee which is ridiculous. It’s 32 dollars a day. Outrageous. I would possibly think about staying somewhere else due to this reason."

"Shop, cafe and restaurant were poor for a modern hotel. A good coffee shop in the lobby area would make a massive difference. Also seemed a lack of decent food options and a lot of people were clearly ordering take away deliveries from local fast food places."

"There was a conference that we weren’t aware of when we checked in. Surprisingly even though at first it was super busy with the conference people they ended up being pretty quiet at night. The room was just a room and I would think for $500 a night the room would be a little bit better the bathroom was really small. Overall we had a good stay."
