"This was a great place to stay while visiting Elon University. It was a 10 min drive to campus and walking distance to two beautiful parks. It is a basement apartment so we could hear people walking above us at times but wasn’t an issue for us. The apartment is small but very cute. My husband and I felt like we had enough room and it was much more comfortable than a hotel stay."

"This was a terrific place for a long weekend with girlfriends but I would also stay with my family. Only downside was 1 bathroom but we made it work. The place was perfectly located, clean and met all our needs."

I had a few suggestions such as Curtains and a daybed or fold out couch for the sun room w/ curtains/shades for the windows - opt 3rd bedrm. Rugs would be nice and a few extra things for the kitchen - stronger garbage bags, a mop, but it did seem the finishing touches were still in progress. Thank you soi much!"

"This property was a bit odd, but OK for our short stay to visit our daughter at college. Beds were comfortable and unit had most basics (towels, paper products, dishes). Conveniently located, grocery store was walkable, easy parking and access to unit. Unit needs some repairs but was overall fine. We came home one evening to very significant police presence in the complex, so the area may not be the best."

"Good location and ease of parking. The townhome is roomy and the 1/2 bath on the ground floor is a plus. Private and quiet. Good mattress, linens and towels. Well-stocked kitchen. Furnishings and decor are very simple but adequate and a second night stand plus reading lamps would be convenient. Would stay here again."

"The town of Ghram is just lovely and this property is a great walking location to the town. It would be nice to have had a sheet with WiFi code and how to use tv as well as some local attractions/ restaurant recommendations.. Some bottles of water in the refrigerator/a couple of logs for the pizza over outside would be a nice touch."

"We had a wonderful time at the property. It was clean and spacious. The location was perfect since I have a daughter and her family in Mebane. Kitchen had everything you need and the beds were comfy. Downtown graham was so much fun. Also the shopping and outlet center was nearby."

"Drove in from Michigan. Short stay for a funeral. Everything perfect...great place with plenty of space, cute, clean and a very inviting atmosphere. Could not have asked for anything more. Thank you for the ease of the whole process during trying times."
