“I will preface that it was probably not wise to use a VRBO on St Patrick’s weekend because the owner of this property owned the adjacent property and it had 15 plus twenty somethings renting this for a all night bash. We alerted the owner that a full blown party was going at roughly 8 pm and they took no action to quiet things down. It was 2 am before the music stopped. Furthermore property advertised off street parking but that was not available. Fortunately we were smart enough not to park……

“Great place for the value and location. Easy parking. Clean place. Grounds were beautiful with nice porch to relax on. It got cool two nights but there were space heaters to use since a basement unit. Only real concern was bathroom shower lacked consistent hotwater. ”

“Nice having 24-hour front desk service, they were always there if we needed anything or had questions about local spots to check out.”

“Great headquarters for exploring Greensboro areas around town. The sofa bed became quite useful when unexpected guests came by during our visit.”

“What a great place to stay! Cliff was a wonderful host--friendly and welcoming. Easy to contact. Quickly responsive when questioned during our settling in phase. The furniture was comfortable. The mattress was perfect. The shower was forceful. Totally quiet (for sleeping). The dog was friendly, only barked a brief hello and goodbye to us. Never heard him otherwise. Decor displays Cliff's artistic talents and we enjoyed. Stick and Stone pizza--a few blocks away--is outstanding!”

“We had a great stay at this centrally located apartment. The large apartment was furnished with everything we needed along with extra details like kitchen drawers being labeled so no need to search in every cabinet and drawer. The bookstore and coffee shop downstairs are a must visit. It was super clean. Maddie was very responsive and helpful when we had a shower drain issue and sent someone to fix it right away. We found that parking in the parking deck off Washington St was fairly easy and……
