“I will preface that it was probably not wise to use a VRBO on St Patrick’s weekend because the owner of this property owned the adjacent property and it had 15 plus twenty somethings renting this for a all night bash. We alerted the owner that a full blown party was going at roughly 8 pm and they took no action to quiet things down. It was 2 am before the music stopped. Furthermore property advertised off street parking but that was not available. Fortunately we were smart enough not to park……

“Annie & Bryan are great host. The whole process was seamless. Very comfortable & clean home. Easy access upon check-in. I appreciate being able to communicate with the host in a timely fashion. If I had a question within minutes they respond. I even made friends with the family in unit A. Overall, I would definitely stay again and refer a friend. “Great, pet-friendly property. Right across from NCSSM, great for walking your dog. Felt very safe at all hours. Very quiet (people mentioned the train whistle but it was way in the distance and barely noticeable; same with the street traffic.) Apartment had such old fashioned charm; high ceilings, old (covered up) fireplace in one bedroom. The only issue was with people in the upstairs apartment, could hear every footstep and lots of creaking, but they were only there one night. Owner thought of……

“My family's experience renting this property this past weekend was very poor. While the apartment and amenities were good, the apartment was disgusting and dirty. It we had any other choice, we would've left immediately. When we arrived, the apartment looked like someone tried hard to do as little as possible to make it look clean. The previous occupant had a pet, and there was hair everywhere. The floors had not been swept, the carpet had not been vacuumed, and the rugs in the bathroom had not……
