Housekeeping is only provided for stays of 14 days or longer, which means guests need to manage their own trash and towels during shorter stays. This was quite inconvenient. “On the day of check-out. The counter said that they are willing to help take care of the luggage, and informed us that the road to pick up the car would be under construction in an hour or two, and our car could continue to be parked here until 2:00 p.m. We went back to the hotel before 2:00 p.m. and told the counter that we were going to pick up the car. While waiting for the car, we sat in the lobby restaurant and enjoyed the welcome drink. When we were about to leave, we found that the car……

“Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. That being said, the sound insulation was not adequate. While this did not happen often nor late into the night, we can clearly hear the conversations of our next door neighbor and when they go out/coming into their room. We checked into the hotel after 8pm and gotten a wheelchair access room. So, the bathroom was big, but we didn't find any towel hook/bar to hang our towels.
