We spent Christmas at the Dayton South Home2 Suites by Hilton. This is a new property and is meticulously maintained. While there a few nights, we used the gym and pool, both of which were relaxing. They offer an extensive breakfast buffet and have premade sandwiches and healthy options readily available, not just waffle and eggs here.
The staff was amazing. Of course, you feel bad when you are the reason they are working... They made us feel welcome and were not upset they were working...

Nice room, clean room and comfortable bed. the Suite has an extra sink and counter which made it great. We did not use the breakfast but it looked like a standard breakfast with a couple of hot items. Fitness area was nice.

This Inn was spacious, clean and comfortable. It is an old hotel that has owned and maintained this property for 40 Years. The bed gave us a good nights sleep. No doors slamming and very quiet. We stayed here because it was pet friendly. We would stay here again if in the area. Thank you to our hosts who do a great job of maintaining this older hotel.

The Hampton Inn is a first class choice for a stay. However on this site of Hotel.com /Expedia merging App it fail to offer it to me. Therefore I was force to finally book a lesser quality Hotel that I really didn’t desire to stay. Then all of a sudden, once I locked it in. Then appears on the site offering The Hampton Inn as a choice.
I then requested a cancellation and a refund so that I could lock in Hampton Inn as my choice of stay. Hotel.com since then has fail to reimburse my $285.64 paid...

It’s one of the nicer properties in Miamisburg. Not a lot of riffraff staying there which has been a problem at many other properties in the area. They are refurbishing the whole hotel and it looks really nice.

Thank you for your thoughtful and caring staff, especially Zelma, who was the afternoon/evening front desk manager during our stay.
We had to travel to Dayton, OH this week to be with a loved one whose health had taken a sudden turn for the worse and was put in hospice care. We drove 500 miles to get there on time to see our loved one, so we went straight to the hospital that evening without checking in first. Since it was already after 8PM, I called the front desk to let them know we would be...
