“The bathroom was good, the bed was comfortable but the room was a bit dated and despite a Dyson Cool fan the room was dreadfully hot and there was no ventilation in the bathroom.”

“We had a brief overnight stay but it was all we needed it to be. There were some local options for eating as well as in the hotel and the breakfast was nice enough. The staff were friendly when we interacted with them. The room was standard for The Holiday Inn and comfortable enough. There were plenty of car parking spaces but there is a charge for overnight parking.”

“The rooms need at least an option of having more light. I get the theme for the hotel, but still - the lack of light in the room was deeply inconvenient. The most disappointing part was the pool area. When I visited in 2022, the pool setup was absolutely amazing for summer - cocktails in a very elegantly done Moroccan themed poolside. “The room was lovely apart from the heat as we stayed during a UK heatwave. A fan was provided luckily especially as our room was up in the eaves. It would have been nice to have had a tv but I guess they want you to spend time (and money) in the pub not in your room. The kitchen area would have also benefitted from a small fridge so the milk and water (replenished daily) could have been kept cold. We were on room only basis, however, we did eat breakfast in the pub on our first morning. The food……
