“Upon arrival, we were unable to access the property using the entry code provided. Despite multiple attempts to contact the host, we received no response until the following day. As a result, we were forced to secure last-minute accommodations at a local hotel around 10 p.m., which was both stressful and inconvenient.While VRBO has since issued a full refund for the original booking, I am now required to go through an additional process to recover the unexpected hotel expenses. This experience……

“Everything was good except they advertised a grill but had no propane. While traveling we don't carry propane. The laundry was great. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and pans. Bed very comfortable. Bathrooms clean. Loved having washer and dryer to use”

“Did not get the room I requested and the room we did get the door was very hard to open. The door look like it was not framed correctly. At night big gaps all long the framing. Other than that room was okay. Breakfast was good except one. The ham was not good. Was disappointing from the other Best Western I have stayed at in other states.”

“Extremely comfortable little house with everything I needed. For once a rental with really comfortable furniture. Much better option than a motel and would be glad to stay here again.”

“We stay here for the convenience because it is so close to the Ford Idaho Center. The beds are always comfortable and the hotel staff is always helpful.”

“It was a small basement apartment not comfortable to hang out in but was very clean, the bed was comfortable and it was well stocked. A perfect place to sleep. The owner stocked a basket with snack goodies that was very much appreciated. Will definately stay there again.”

“The space was great. Perfect location and exactly as advertised. Very nice, quiet neighborhood near everything we needed. I will look forward to our next trip to Caldwell, perhaps in the Summer when we can enjoy the backyard and pool!”
