“There is no staff on the property so any issue is difficult to sort out, also checking in is also challenging. My greatest concern was the attitude of the owners/staff, they were quite rude with me when my room access card wouldn’t work. It happened there times and at challenging times. When I called them and waited their arrival to fix the problem they were very rude to me, when I tried to apologize they hung up on me. Very disappointed.”
