“The place is super cute! The bed is very comfortable and the lanai is awesome. It’s a 10ish minute walk to get downtown which isn’t terrible. If you’re not feeling like walking, a golf cart is available to rent which we did not use but was nice to know we could if we needed to. It’s mentioned in the listing that the bathroom is small. I am not a large person and I had to turn sideways to even get into the bathroom. Something to keep in mind when booking. We had some outlet issues while there……

“The house was very clean and comfortable and the communication was top notch. The only thing I would change on your ad is the use of bicycles as I’m not sure they have been used/serviced in a long time. This did not affect us at all as we had no plans to use them. Cleanliness is a priority for me and it was perfect! Thank you for a great week”

They were so helpful and accommodating when a family member fell ill on our trip. I will be staying there again and again when we revisit St. Pete. ”

“Great value, nice neighborhood, very well equipped kitchen, very responsive landlords. There were several light bulbs missing and they made a special trip the next day to replace them and also to bring more bedding (some had apparently been stolen). Such nice people.”
