“I am planning to host an event with 250 Guests at the Hotel and decided to stay myself to see how I am treated as a guest first before recommending the hotel to my Elite Guests. My experience has been great! Very spacious and clean rooms, modern, luxurious and beautifully decorated rooms and amenities. Excellent customer service from Management to housekeeping. Daniel at the Front Desk was very kind and helpful, Maria (Conchita) was the best housekeeper I ever encountered in a Hotel. She helped……

“Very nice. Comfy beds and huge rooms”

“Plenty of parking and an on site mini golf course. They closed the pool 10mins early so we weren’t able to stick our feet in after a long day of walking. We did have to kill multiple bugs in our room, so the property is definitely older and run down but the price was right. The star of the show was Destiny at the front desk. We checked in around 11pm and were exhausted and she was fast and super friendly. Our AC unit didn’t work the first night and she came the second night after maintenance……

“GREAT STAY”

“Parking lot was messy with over grown foliage. Random trash in lots and side walks. We had issues with our key cards even getting into the room and had to walk back and forth 4 times to get the room open so that was a bad first experience. When we were there, the cleaners had 4 mattresses pulled out on the sidewalks that look incredibly dirty and was hosing off other things from the rooms to later find out they had a cockroach infestation in some rooms. So when we entered our room, I had low……

“Had to leave went to a Holiday inn. The cigarette burns all over the bathroom wall and the bugs not to mention the door had been previously kicked in so the lock didn’t work.”
